Documentaries
Stop Making Fun of Me: The Making of “Pissing Streams” (2014)
A kind of nostalgic EPK to accompany the 10th Anniversary reissue of Thomas Patrick Maguire’s first album.
Making “Lovers & Dollars” (2008)
A recording studio documentary, instigated creatively by watching D.A. Pennebaker’s behind-the-scenes of the Company cast recording sessions. Followed around New York-via-Los Angeles folk rocker Frank Hoier as he recorded his first album, backed by The Weber Brothers.

From my Nick Lowe tribute album Duck the Knife.

Don’t Depend on Me (2021)
A song and video created during COVID quarantine. A new “video mix” that removes the percussion and alters the arrangement and overdubs of the original was produced specifically for this video.
Optimism (2020)
Another recording and video made during COVID quarantine.
Fan (2020)
The first COVID quarantine recording and video.
My Rival (The Same One That Steely Dan Has) (2016)
From a Steely Dan tribute album. Co-starring Sofia the cat.
Too Old For Hangovers (2014)
A 26-minute sample-heavy suite, divided into seven parts. It’s intended to obliquely suggest a depressed drunken binge that slowly subsides and becomes a more hopeful morning-after. I wasn’t drunk when I made this, but I was pretty depressed.
